There are so many grads wanting our appointment service, which we love! Overall, our appointment system is designed with respect in mind. Before you even arrive, our stylists are already working on your behalf, reviewing your preferences and curating a selection of dresses and sizes we think will be a great fit for you. That prep work takes real time, and we want to make sure it goes toward someone who's ready to use it.

We want to ensure every appointment is filled by someone who's ready to find their perfect gown, but unfortunately, we've had a lot of no shows for appointments. This means all that preparation goes to waste, and since our space is limited, other grads miss out on the opportunity to find their dream gown. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate another grad. We appreciate your understanding!
