WHY WE CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?
There are so many grads wanting our appointment service…. Which we love! Overall our appointments are about respect. We respect your time and we hope you will respect ours :) There have been so many no shows for appointments. We often book up and have turned other grad away. We do not have the space to fit everyone in so we have to ensure we allow those that really want to find their dream dress the ability to do so.

You may think you save a huge amount of money when ordering online when in fact by the time you add in shipping, duties, and your time in dealing with shipping or any other issues you really have not. Plus getting to try on dresses to find the perfect dress is the fun part!
We have direct contact to the designers we represent and can often get answers within a day on order questions, shipping timelines and deliveries to us for your graduation. Our staff will stay on top of your orders and ensure that you receive your dress as ordered, without you having to track down a customer service agent.
Nothing can define the stress of an online order gone wrong when your graduation day is fast approaching. Online stores never advertise that. We know, because we often help last minute grads for those that originally ordered online.
Plus shopping local is important because we want IRL forever!
