Cancellation & No Show Policy

We wish everyone is able to safely visit our store and find their perfect dress or tuxedo. Though cancellations and no shows hurt us, and leaves those wishing to visit unable to do so. We want to emphasize we do hope we never have to enforce our cancellation and no show policy.

• We kindly request a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling of appointments.
• All cancellations and no shows will regrettably still be charged their original appointment cost.
  
• Princess Bridal Appointment cancellations made less than 48 hours to the appointment time will be charged their appointment cost and incur a $30 cancellation fee*.
  
• *The non-used appointment cost and cancellation fee can be put towards any future store purchase.

Sometimes life just gets in the way. We understand that more than ever. If you'd like to reschedule your appointment with us, give us a call at (403) 258-3003 and we will try our best to work with you to find a suitable replacement date & time (the more notice the better!)

If something has come up that requires you to cancel your appointment altogether, again we understand though we wish for you to reconsider if possible. As The Bridal Centre is Canada's largest bridal store, we not only have the largest selection of all the top designers, we are also able to provide the best service, amenities, and extras. Some of these perks are only known to brides who have completed a purchase with us.
